Deep Tissue Massage

Massage with deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones, and joints).

Swedish Massage

Massage with a lighter touch that is focused on increasing circulation in the body and promoting relaxation.

Tui Na Massage

Tui Na is a system of massage that was developed in China over 2,000 years ago. It uses the Traditional Chinese Medical theory of channels and the flow of the Qi energy as a way to allow the body to naturally heal itself.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is an ancient healing technique used by many clinicians of TCM. In this procedure, a lubricating medium, such as massage oil, is applied to the skin of the area to be treated. It is primarily used to treat pain conditions.


Cupping is a therapy originating in Traditional Chinese Medicine, but found in use all around the world. It is a therapy in which heated glass cups are applied to the skin along the meridians of the body, creating suction as a way of stimulating the flow of energy. It is most commonly used to treat pain and respiratory conditions.

Needleless Acupuncture with a Teishin

Acupuncture works by helping the body heal itself by stimulating internal resources. Needleless acupuncture is done working over the skin with a dull metal instrument called a teishin. Commonly used in Japan, the teishin is used to stimulate acupuncture points comfortably and painlessly.
